Host Economy wants to keep you secure 24 - 7.

You may have read recently that a number of computer viruses are affecting computers running Microsoft Windows and other software packages. HostEconomy.com is advising all our customers to scan their computers for these viruses and download the latest security updates to Microsoft Windows, as well as installing anti-virus and personal firewall software to guard against future infection. What are these viruses?

Current viruses causing problems include:
  • MSBlast (also known as W32.Blaster.Worm, W32/Lovsan.worm, WORM_MSBLAST.A, Win32.Posa.Worm)
  • Welchia (also known as W32/Welchia.worm10240, W32/Nachi.worm, WORM_MSBLAST.D, Lovsan.D, W32/Nachi-A, Win32.Nachi.A, Worm.Win32.Welchia)
  • So Big (also known as Sobig.F, W32/Sobig.f@MM, WORM SOBIG.F, W32/Sobig-F, Win32.Sobig.F and I-Worm.Sobig.f.)

What should I do?
